Chimpanzees enjoy watching movies together, scientists have discovered, in research that suggests social bonding through shared experience has deep evolutionary roots.
This fact will cause a real problem for human society. As lots of cinemas had to close in the last years, chimps will be (or already are) more sociable than we are. Just have a look at the breakdown of the social systems and the upcoming numbers of racists in the 'Free World'.
Maybe because they were bored in captivity and have been stripped of all their natural social behaviours? Why are these kind of experiments lauded in the press not condemned?
