I don’t really see the problem? They pay the rent to live in the complex, that area is part of what you pay for. It’s like Disney land being behind your flat, just cos it’s there doesn’t mean you can go in for free everyday.
If you’ve paid a say £750,000k for a flat plus ground rent & service charges I can quite understand you don’t want the area overrun with people who haven’t!! None of the housing association tenants pay service charges. Your living in central London, plenty of parks!! Stop moaning
