THE cheerleader who buried her unwanted baby in her garden was slammed by a judge as she walked free from court on Friday.
During sentencing, Judge Donald Oda slammed Richardson for poor choices which may have resulted in the stillbirth of the baby, who she named Annabelle.“I think that your choices before birth, during birth and after birth show a grotesque disregard for life.” Trey’s mother added: “I would have taken her in with Trey without a question. Now, instead, every May 7, I don’t get to have a birthday party for my first grandchild.
Richardson was later charged with aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and child endangering and pleaded not guilty.
Makes my blood boil 🤬🤬🤬she should of got life in prison
it comes down to 'abortion method' for it was a type of abortion. You do not get murder for abortion even though the method is harsh or ghastly it is what it is in the Law...so it is written.
lacerci65 This is heinous! Absolutely disgusting and outrageous! That evil girl should be jailed! She killed her baby and gets virtually no punishment! What the heck is wrong with that jury! That girl will end up a criminal for life!!
Judge doesn’t seem to care much either if she walks free
I’m sorry but did the parents not notice there freshly dug garden?
I don’t understand why she thought it would be better killing her child rather than putting the child up for adoption. It would have been better for both the child and for her. How could the court just set her free after that?
I don’t believe her parents saying they didn’t know (look at her bump in the prom pic) or her insincere “apology” without even a hint of her dead daughter being remembered. She should’ve been convicted. So horribly sad!!
