Celtic told to complete three top signings after Maguire reveal

Celtic have been told they must make three top signings this summer if they want to compete in the Champions League., former Celtic striker Frank McAvennie called for the club to sign a new centre-back, left-back and midfielder to progress to a level where they can compete.

He explained that the current squad would not be capable of competing, and he expects them to make a strong go of it after the disappointment of last time.the club could make up to five new signings after winning the Scottish Premiership. McAvennie insisted they must strengthen the squad, with an experienced midfield player at the top of his wishlist for the transfer window.This squad has to improve.
