CBBC star Chelsie Whibley tragically dies aged 29 after battling cystic fibrosis

The TV star, who was best known for Dani's House and Sadie J, died after fighting the genetic disorder which causes a build up of sticky mucus in the lungs and digestive system and can cause breathing difficulties.

He continued: "It was very quick and she was not in any pain. I know you will all want to send your condolences but we ask to please limit it to comments below in this very distressing time. "Waking up without you by my side just feels so wrong and I’m waiting to realise that this is all just a terrible dream… but sadly I know it is not.

"We have made so many memories together that I will treasure for the rest of my life and I thank you for choosing me to share your life with! You have brought such happiness to me and you will never know the true amount of love I had for you!

So very sad and way too young! Condolences to her family. 😢
