Carragher says what everyone is thinking after LFC players out of internationals

Neville agreed, explaining the reason behind high-profile pull outs earlier this week including Bukayo Saka, Ben White and Kyle Walker with Kevin de Druyne and Mohamed Salah not selected for their respective nations. Darwin Nunez was another player who pulled out of international duty. "I think when you are in the midst of title run-ins and the Champions League, relegation battles, players and coaches are nervous as hell about getting injuries."

White had left England's camp in Qatar during the last World Cup after reports of a training ground falling out with assistant England boss Steve Holland.
