Caroline Flack's boyfriend Lewis Burton shares loved-up photo of the pair

Lewis Burton has shared a loved up photograph with Caroline Flack just one day after news of her shock arrest broke.

But Lewis has now shocked his 19,000 Instagram followers by sharing a cute photo of the pair following their reported rift. Seemingly confirming their relationship is still on track following their reported bust-up, he simply posted a red love heart emoji alongside the post. "We sent an ambulance to the scene and took a person to hospital," the continued. It is not known which hospital the man was taken to or if he has since been released.

An eyewitness told the publication: "There have been police outside since 5.30am and [Caroline's] boyfriend Lewis Burton has been taken away.
