Love Island presenter Caroline Flack has said she “thinks she’ll keep” her boyfriend Lewis Burton “forever” after he organised a surprise party to celebrate her 40th birthday on Friday 8 November.
Writing in the caption for the clip, which she posted on her Instagram page, Caroline gushed: “Think I’ll keep you forever @mrlewisburton . Thank you all for the most incredible surprise,” followed by several heart emojis. The next video showed her night got off to a quiet start as she pans her camera around a quiet bar and shows Lewis sitting next to her on his phone.
She then publicly gushes over he beau again who is posing with a zero ballon in another post. Writing on the snap, Caroline said: “He just won birthdays”.View gallery More pictures showed the night continued to get more and more wild as soon as a personalised bottle of Belvedere vodka with Caroline’s name on came out as her friends danced the night away on the tables and around the restaurant.
