It's not hard. Stay in. Go out to supermarket when you NEED to and while there stay 2m apart. Go out for a walk FROM your front door. Dont drive to somewhere else to do a walk. Stay 2m away from anyone else. It's not hard. If working adhere to the 2m distancing. And stay safe.

A friend of mine had concerns about social distancing queueing for shopping today.
We should call it physical distancing. We should still be social. And we should still go outside. The “stay at home” and “social distancing” messages seem to confuse people. When you just need to stay away from people and the things they touch.

How many flights have landed at all airports in the UK since the lockdown started? Were they screened or tested for COVID19 before stepping foot into the UK? Did they self isolate for 2 weeks?
