King Charles and Queen Camilla have shown that it's business as usual for the Royal Family, following the shocking news that the hospital at which Kate Middleton underwent surgery has launched an investigation into claims that some members of staff tried to access her private medical records.
Camilla looked stylish in a navy coat, accessorised with a blue sapphire and diamond brooch that bears a striking resemblance to Kate's engagement ring. This piece of jewellery is known as the Prince Albert brooch, a gift from Prince Albert to Queen Victoria that has been worn by many royals since. As Camilla arrived in Douglas, residents leaned out their windows to watch her head into the council chamber to present the Letters Patent.
