Call to review 'criminal abuse' of mobile phonesThe government is urged to consider restrictions on pay-as-you-go phones to prevent drug dealers using them. And restrict poor people from contacting each other too. Put them in their place. I thought the other hand is carrying stack of cash. Jee wiz how will they register them then?
