Pathetic. I have been in motorsport over 20 years over 40 teams and I have never witnessed any discrimination to gender in any team anywhere. I have taken on several female staff, not because they are female but because they are good at thier job. This box ticking has to stop. **This programme will also include the deconstruction of stereotypes using research with the funding of a scientific study programme** I mean F1 is unfair as it is therefore pitching women against men in a physical sport is the ultimate unfairness hence why W-series exists **50% of the Alpine Management Committee are now female – not because this is a quota but because they are the best in their field of expertise** Aah this would explain the diversity push as it was lead by a female boss but it's a risk if 50% of the managers need maternity leave
