Smartphone clutter can be tricky 📱

Brits use just a fifth of the apps on their smartphone, according to research.

As a result, one in four of the 2,000 adults polled would describe themselves as a ‘digital hoarder’. ‘Over 95 per cent of customer contact with first direct is via a digital channel, but across the UK it appears many adults are actively avoiding their banking apps and so recognising this is an issue for some people is important.’
