By dismissing hundreds of loyal engineers who refused to sign inferior contracts, British Gas is trashing its own reputation.
I pay £165 a year boiler cover. Currently have no hot water in my home and they tried to palm me off with an appointment in June. After an irrate phone call the best they can offer me is 10 days time. I am absolute disgusted by this and feel like ive been mugged
