These will not be slums they look well thought out. The next cladding scandal will be permitted development conversions. Its slum building, its depressing its undemocratic but very conservative party. We have to wait for deaths again before anyone stops it.

You have to be appauled by these money making schemes disguised as philanthropy. In five years they will be Gap Chic and unaffordable. The answer to the housing 'crisis' is tax second homes at 20% of their value every year. It's not FRS.

If people stopped having second homes this would ease the housing crisis and ‘we’ could stop building on green spaces. Of course, because it’s the well off that benefits, it’s ignored and not discussed.
