A British entrepreneur from Oxford says Britons who complain about the current travel restrictions need to get organised

since the UK left the EU, Mr Patrick denies Brexit has ever put a dampener on his frequent trips.

“Not even Covid stopped me from driving to my Med properties. I like hopping on the car for long drives. How could travel restrictions ever bother me?” he says.over what they see as aggravating travel restrictions. It’s just too much fuss in my view”. Mr Patrick says he makes the most of his time in Europe with trips hiking, snorkelling and rock climbing

He says he never takes the plane but prefers to drive down from Oxford for each trip to his European properties, hopping on his fully equipped electric car. “I’m real happy and always make the most out of my stays. At my homes in Carrara and La Spezia I have cars, motorbikes and tiny boats with jet-skis to tour the Tuscan and Ligurian coastlines,” he says.

Mr Patrick, an extreme sports lover and motorbike racer, spends his time in Europe hiking in the mountains, and recently went rock-climbing in Austria. He likes to hike up on the Apennine hills when in Carrega, and go snorkelling and swimming along the Tuscan riviera in the several dinghies and restyled former fishing boats he owns) when in Tuscany.
