To be fair he’s being mocked more for having a car that’s not taxed, has an expired MOT and therefore isn’t insured. If he’s driving his car on public roads then he’s breaking the law.
How he would know the origin of fish? Fish doesn't carry a passport. It could be born outside British waters, but immigrated to British waters.
