In the ITV Tory leadership debate last night Boris Johnson, the clear favourite to be next prime minister, again refused to rule out proroguing parliament to stop MPs blocking a no-deal Brexit. This morning, in an extraordinary intervention, Sir John Major, the former Conservative prime minister, told the Today programme that he would be willing to go to court to seek a judicial review to stop this happening.
This the same john Major who prorogued parliament in 1997? Labour is expected to accuse Mr Major of proroguing parliament for the longest period since 1918 simply to avoid the embarrassing findings being published - cash for questions scandal 1997
Major like all the Remoaning ELITISTS IS only concerned with his own welfare, his pompous attitude shows that he has no grasp of how the ordinary people in the street feel about anything, he Brown and Blair are like peas from the same 'has been' pod.
