Letters: Nine Elms | Jab v jag | Ministerial maternity | Classic Beatles | Aubergines

I actually hope it is 🤢

I havent found courgettes for weeks

They’re so easy to grow from seed. I’m no great gardener but put seeds in random pots last spring, left them in a sunny spot, watered, and had a huge crop I shared with neighbours. Virtually zero effort!

Well its boiled cabbage from now on.

It best fucking not be!

They're rank anyway

I am hoarding Iceland mousakas to make a killing down the line.

Will courgette be next?

I haven’t seen them in my local supermarkets for a few weeks.

bakerstherald I own a Greengrocers business and had a one week shortage a month ago due to poor weather in Spain and Portugal, have had no problems in supply of Aubergine for three weeks.

what is the point of this tweet. this page is literally twitter comments for people who don’t know how basic internet works

It’s just an eggplant!

Is it a French newspaper? Bad irony.

Is there any positives coming out from brexit.

I prefer “aubergine” over “eggplant”. “Aubergine” sounds new and fancy. Eggplant is made of two existing words and is way too misleading. The vegetable has no eggs in it whatsoever!!

Did you choose the aubergine because few would miss it?

🤣🤣🤣

But it may maybe “welcome” to “patlıcan” if you give our rights, to us, to Turkish people. ECAA should give settlement in 4 years as it has been promised

Let's bloody hope so. They're vile.

I hope not..
