Boy, 13, arrested for murder after police officer is killed answering callBREAKING: Policeman murdered in Thames Valley. PC Andrew Harper was attending a reported burglary when he was killed. The incident occurred at around 11.30pm last night near to the A4, Bath Road, between Reading and Newbury.
