Emergency services were called to Park Lee Road in Blackburn last night following reports of a collision. Lancashire Constabulary said the boy was riding his bike west on Park Lee Road, when a black BMW with "heavily tinted windows" exited an alleyway between Noorul Uloom Faith School and Mowbray Avenue.
In a statement issued today, a force spokesperson said: "We are appealing for witnesses, CCTV or dashcam footage after a 15 year old boy was injured following a collision in Blackburn. The collision happened on Park Lee Road in Blackburn at around 7:50pm on Wednesday 8th May.
