A six-year-old boy has spent five days in hospital after being viciously attacked by a dog when he tried to retrieve his football from a neighbour's garden.When the boy went to retrieve the ball, a dog - thought to be a Staffordshire Bull Terrier - lunged at him, biting him on the arms and legs.The ordeal only ended when another dog attacked the staffie. Rhys was taken to hospital and was found to have an infected bite on his foot as well as multiple broken bones.
