A mum has pulled her six-year-old girl out of school after a boy in her class allegedly told her: ‘I’m going to bring a knife in and stab you with it’.
She said a teacher did not pull her aside until two days after the incident, when she explained Iniyah and a boy, 5, had got into an argument that resulted in violent threats being made against her. ‘I asked them what safeguarding measures they had put in place and they simply said they had spoken to the parents of the pupil concerned.’The teacher told Nicole the boy had said: ‘I’m going to bring a knife into school and stab you with it’.Nicole said: ‘I told them that either the pupil was removed from the class or I would take my daughter out of school. I was told I was overreacting but I am not happy with the response from the school so she has been off school now since January 31.
How about letting teachers run the school. Unless she thinks she can teach 30 under 6 year olds.
