Foley picked up the third round stoppage victory when the fight was called off after the brutal injury.The Liverpool local looked in severe pain as the referee gave him a chance to get up, but his corner threw in the towel after realising how serious it was.His ankle already looked severely swollen by the time he was put on a stool in the ring.
