Mark Bosnich believes Ange Postecoglou and Unai Emery would currently turn down the Manchester United job.
But Ten Hag's second season at Old Trafford has been a different story with United languishing in sixth having also finished bottom of their Champions League group. MEN Sport understands that while United are working under the assumption Ten Hag will still be in charge next season, co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe remains unconvinced by the Dutchman and with his side unlikely to secure a place in Europe's elite competition, patience could be wearing thin.
"I would like to see Manchester United linked to Ange Postecoglou and Unai Emery if Erik ten Hag loses his job," he told FastestPayoutOnlineCasino.com. "The job at Manchester United is still a bigger job in terms of potential and it being a massive project, but right now they are both slightly closer to winning the league than United are, although they are all a long way off. I think Postecoglou and Emery would both want to fulfil the tasks they’ve got rather than take up the Manchester United job."
