Boris announces more places face masks must be worn

BORIS Johnson has told Brits they will have to wear face masks in cinemas and museums in an extension of rules on face coverings.

Speaking at a Downing Street press conference today, the PM said: "We will also extend the wearing of face masks to other indoor settings where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet such as museums, galleries and cinemas.Currently, face masks are compulsory in shops, banks and post offices and on public transport. The compulsory wearing of face masks in shops was only introduced last week to help stop the spread of Covid-19.

Certain groups are exempt from wearing face masks including children under 11, people not able to wear them because of disabilities if you are taking it off to eat or drink outside.
