Boris Johnson's 'diplomatic amateurism' will lead to a no-deal Brexit, warns ex-ambassador Sir Ivan Rogers

Britain is heading for a no-deal Brexit in 2020 because of the “diplomatic amateurism” of Boris Johnson and his Government, the UK’s former top diplomat in Brussels warned on Monday.

I take it Sir Ivan is a remainer.
