Shirtless Boris Becker displayed a painful-looking elbow injury as he strolled on the beach in Costa Rica with his fiancée Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro on Wednesday.

Student's elbow, or 'Olecranon Bursitis' is a condition where a small sack of tissue over the tip of your elbow becomes inflamed and swollen. Boris was joined by his fiancée Lilian, 33, who showed off her incredible physique in a black crop top and tight leggings.Lilian, a political risk manager from the African island of Sao Tome and Principe, has been with Becker for several years.

After the prison release the couple who were based in the UK relocated to Milan. This will be Becker's third marriage. Becker reportedly proposed to Monteiro at Milan's Cathedral back in 2021 - but any hope of a fairytale wedding was cut short by the impending prison sentence Other stars who have previously been linked to the show include Boris, Spice Girls singer Mel B, Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas and rugby legend Danny Cipriani.

Mel B accidentally confirmed she is set to appear on the the £10 million gruelling endurance show earlier this month.
