The crime of the century when people are getting murdered, stabbed, robbed etc & court time is getting wasted on this crap. Police should only deal with real crime not waste tax payers on this crap & tv licence avoiders
It's a hard choice for councils - spend the money on enforcement or spend it on care. Either way the vulnerable people lose out. An issuing authority might not even be responsible for parking enforcement either. And then there is theft. Who has the right answer?

Plus don't forget the constant misuse of abled drivers parking in disabled bays at supermarkets etc.
Because most focus on the easy targets.Get the wardens to do their job properly instead of having targets.
I have seen people park up at Tesco in Maserati and run into the shop with a disabled blue badge WTF the system is abused for sure
