One recent guest who stayed this month said: "Had a lovely time, meals were lovely and hotel clean and smart. Good"We were originally booked for the Royal Boston but as [it was] closed on one of [our] nights our stay was moved to the Seabank, but it turned out to our advantage as got given the Gleneagle suite which was gorgeous, beautiful decorated from lush carpets to the lighting and wall arts. Big bathroom with large deep bath and separate walk in shower.
However, there are some guests who felt the need to leave 'terrible' reviews from their time at the hotel. In particular, they slammed the breakfast options given to them.
