Blackpool hotel slapped with one star food hygiene rating as inspection finds major improvement needed

A Blackpool hotel has been slapped with a score of "one" in their most recent food hygiene inspection.

Improvement was needed in all areas looked at in the inspection, with major improvement being deemed necessary overall.More specifically, major improvement was deemed necessary in the management of food safety. This means that there were serious issues found with the system or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in future.
