A real Bitche of a problem

Facebook has sparked fury in the French town of Bitche after taking down its official page for being offensive.

‘At first, you wonder, was there a technical problem?’ he told CNN. ‘However, with the length of time, it can be considered a real censorship.’ The Local Melodie Radio station said other towns in the Bitche area were reviewing their social media names to avoid being cancelled.Bitche’s official page was restored by Facebook on Tuesday, who said it had been ‘removed in error’.
