Biden was always going to bypass Republicans, they've just authorised it.

If it can be bipartisan then great. If not move on without them. So many of us need this. I know many who haven’t suffered financially/medically at all and I’m glad they are ok. But some of us have been wiped out by this and are in dire circumstances.
