We can imagine it's hard to play cricket without a bat... 🏏 England cricket captain Ben Stokes is facing a different challenge after the Ashes – his luggage has gone missing and he has headed to Twitter to share his grievances with British Airways.

Ben turned to Twitter, as many of us would, to air his grievance with British Airways after his bag was lost.British Airways replied pretty sharpish, offering to look into the matter for him – but this drew criticism, with one Twitter user replying: ‘He, quite literally, is BEN STOKES. What more details do you need’.

Another Twitter user urged BA to act on the issue immediately, saying: ‘This is a national emergency.’ A third asked BA: ‘Have you reunited Ben with his bags yet?
