Belfast road restricted on Tuesday morning with delays expected

Police have advised motorists that the Lower Newtownards Road area will be restricted from 9am on June 27.

A PSNI spokesperson added: "Please be advised of potential delays in the area as diversions are in place until approximately 10.00am."
