Beach resort with £1.50 pints a £52 flight from Liverpool

Constanta is home to Mamaia Beach, a five-mile stretch of rare white sand. The beach is a hit with holidaymakers due to its affordability - a draught beer costs around £1.50 and meals average at about £7 per person.
