back in March, doctors discovered that the cancer had moved to his lungs as well as his lymph nodes and liver.

He added: ‘I’ve known them now for six years… In fact, I said to one of them a couple of years ago, that he better do the worrying for me, because I can’t deal with that. ‘My doctors have never used the word “chronic” or “cure” about my cancer,’ he stated. ‘They’ve never used the word “terminal” either.
