Well, luckily it's not for the BBCPolitics to decide if they broke the law.

MomentumCV I think that’s for the law to decide.

Yet more evidence of the cult of the journalists.. Sanctimonious journalists building their own brands ..masturbating hysterically in the media when they trap the prey.. in their heads they are the story stupid.

Wait, bbclaurak did something potentially harmful to Labour? How totally out of character.

This is the same BBC that found no evidence of misconduct by Jimmy Savile!🙄

Well they would, wouldn’t they?

Laura CONSberg

Well then...there won't be an issue with her revealing her sources then will there

It's one thing after another with this propagandist harpy. Just what has she got to go for the BBC to show some integrity and ditch her? PostalVoteGate LauraKuenssberg

s1m0np Hey theJeremyVine still think bbclaurak is a ‘fine journalist’? Maybe ask the Eggheads, eh?

BBCNews The BBC aren’t the Law are them ? 😱 We’re Doomed all doomed

That might be for the police to decide

Yawn BBCNews are so biased. Do t pay the licence fee folks opt out now

Yet more evidence sadly of her extremely poor judgement if not actual bias...am sure I am only one of many who no longer has any faith in the BBC

Shame on the Beeb. I’ve payed my subscription for decades. Still, it’ll be so much better when Murdoch is running it all. Twats

When was the last time the bbc f$ked up in favour of Labour/ jeremycorbyn Always The Conservatives..... British Broadcasting corruption!

y_gigfran Not really their decision about breaking the law.....

The MP Kerry McCarthy, cautioned for publicising PostalVotes . Journalist Laura Kuenssburg, cautioned for publicising PostalVotes to try and influence GE2019 ? precedent

Surely this is case of criminal offence. JolyonMaugham

I expect she will leave after the election to join Tory central office.

Her comments were inappropriate and hint at some irregularity? Who gets to see the postal votes before the Election Day? Who shared this info with LK and why did she share it

well someone broke a law, given no one is meant to be looking let alone counting them. and we all know she has excellent sources given the brutal assault she brought to light 😉 hell you can't even given exit polls until voting is over. VoteTactically

I can't stand her....waking up to her face since the 2016 referendum, over it.

She is out of control and should be sacked

They would say that, but I couldn't possibly comment.

But someone has broken the law. Maybe not reporting it but whats to say votes haven't been interfered with? Also unless all votes have been 'looked at' a risk of interfering exists and that's a threat to democracy. With Cummings still in the backitchen ground who knows. .

Well I like her and Fiona Bruce , way better than Marr the Commie.

Fire her already. The most charitable explanation of her conduct is she's incompetant.

What a surprise

BBCNews since when were the BBC the arbiters of the law. They are not the judiciary and it’s their failure to get bbclaurak to behave responsibly that has led to this RiggedElection BBCBiasAndLies

If the bias was too subtle to see before bbclaurak has really shown herself up now.

Let’s see what the ElectoralCommUK and metpoliceuk have to say about it

BBCPolitics tell us exactly in what what way you say this is NOT a breach of electoral law in light of ElectoralCommUK comments. Before we enter the omerta of polling day.

Laura kuensbberg is a Tory, full stop

They either apologize or deny but its all the same. The message the Tory wanted is out and presumably the 'deny or apology' will be a quick 2-min 'reassurance' sacklaurakuenssberg Namethesource VoteLabourOnThursday

Well he would, wouldn’t he?

She might not have. Those that either gave her access or information about the postal voting have broken several laws and electoral rules. They should be Arrested, Jailed and the areas affected need to have a revote to stop tampering and gerrymandering of the results

It did and its high time the bbc acted with good reputation. This woman has to go

Ah, the old Tory ruse, we don’t think we’ve done anything wrong, therefore, that proves we haven’t.

Of course they would they hired her and are just as crooked. Fortunately we have the police and I know she’s been reported several times so this will hopefully be investigated by the relevant criminal team. Fingers crossed, let’s hope this gets sorted soon and she does her time.

We now know that the BBCNews has become a tool (make of that what you want) for the gov. & Tory Party. That’s fine, first identify your enemy. Now we know there’s a battle for democracy. It’s just so sad that this country has descended so rapidly. VoteTactically

The BBC keep making excuse after excuse for Kuenssbergs unprofessionalism.

I haven't even received mine overseas, same with most of the other Brits here...

I know BBCNews and BBCPolitics have been operating at a sustained level of peak hubris recently but I didn’t realise they actually believed they were now the arbiters of what is and isn’t legal too.

It's not for the BBC to say though, is it.
