The BBC has said its political editor, Laura Kuenssberg, did not break electoral law when she reported claims that postal ballots painted a “grim” picture for Labour.

But someone has broken the law. Maybe not reporting it but whats to say votes haven't been interfered with? Also unless all votes have been 'looked at' a risk of interfering exists and that's a threat to democracy. With Cummings still in the backitchen ground who knows. .

She might not have. Those that either gave her access or information about the postal voting have broken several laws and electoral rules. They should be Arrested, Jailed and the areas affected need to have a revote to stop tampering and gerrymandering of the results

I know BBCNews and BBCPolitics have been operating at a sustained level of peak hubris recently but I didn’t realise they actually believed they were now the arbiters of what is and isn’t legal too.
