Rishi has verbal diarrhoea. Liz stayed remarkably calm. I suddenly realised how disastrous he would be in international meetings such as G7 or NATO or COP - he only talks, he NEVER listens. Liz listens before she speaks & would be a far better advocate for us on the world stage.
