Isn't that the place where Hitler was born and they want to fine people for not getting a vaccine. Cutting the wrong leg off seem a bargain in that place.
What's horrible is that this isn't a terribly uncommon thing. It's just rarely reported.

Let's be serious for a second, this is a bloody (literally) disgrace. A paltry fine due to negligence. As someone very close to doctors in this part of the world, I can say that Europe needs to see them as mortals not gods.
