AN ASTEROID, one mile wide, that is so massive it has its own moon, has been labelled as “potentially hazardous” by experts.

is the target of an extensive observing campaign supported by NASA's Planetary Defence Coordination Office as it crosses the Earth nine times a year. The 1999 KW4 has been classified as a “potentially hazardous asteroid" by the Minor Planet Centre. The colossus, named 1999 KW4 which is also called, 66391 Moshup.The name Moshup comes from a native American legend of a giant named ‘Moshup’ who warned the Native Americans to not let the European settlers comes ashore.
