A planning application has been submitted for the demolition of China House at 288 Aqueduct Street in Ashton-on-Ribble

The building – previously the Lime Kiln pub – is currently unoccupied and is in a poor state of repair due to anti-social behaviour and vandalism which has taken place at the property.

After the site is demolished, it will be levelled to match neighbouring land for a chance of future developments.China House is in a poor state of repair
