Ashley Graham went meta with the “Garden of Time” theme at the 2024 Met Gala . While we expected to see plenty of florals , we weren't expecting to see garden tools make their way into the outfits of the A-listers heading down this year's green and white carpet. But, as soon as she stepped foot in front of the camera's at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts on Monday night, Ashley's hairstyle made us do a double take.
Take a step back and the silhouette looks remarkably rake-like, which definitely fits with the “Garden of Time” theme – chosen loosely to represent fleeting beauty and to complement this year's exhibition, Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion. The rake shape could quite literally sweep us away and its equal parts cute and fierce. But it's a little rakish in the traditional sense of the word too, with its jaunty, old-school debonair charm.
