Ann, who has been nicknamed 'Super Ann' by colleagues, decided to go above and beyond to help the customer and take her home to make sure she was safe.Ann told the Scottish Daily Express: "I was just about to head home with my husband when I noticed the customer looked distressed and when I got chatting to her, she told me she couldn’t find a way to get home as taxis were unavailable.
"I'm glad I was there to help, and I felt relieved knowing she was home safe; I would do it for anyone. I went back to check on the lady the next day and she was very grateful for the support.
