Police dispersed vehicles and spectators from a large car meet in Bolton on Sunday night. And officers said that two drivers were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police ordered the cars to depart, and reported that 60 vehicles left "in a hurry". However, police say that two drivers tested positive for drugs and were arrested and taken into custody.They acted as part of Operation Marshall, a Greater Manchester Police initiative that aims to reduce the impact, risk and criminality associated with car cruise events.
