The parents of 12-year-old Archie Battersbee have lost a bid to appeal to the Supreme Court against switching off his life support.

The hospital treating Archie – who has been in a coma since April – says he is brain-stem dead, and the high court had agreed keeping him alive was no longer in his best interests.

AyshahTull Christ, is he still plugged in How much is another 24 hours gonna cost the NHS. He’s a bed blocker, blocking somebody who is alive getting medical treatment in order to survive!

AyshahTull Heartbreaking , poor little guy . If it was your child , you’d do absolutely anything to preserve his life&cling to any hope , it’s just devastating .We are not allowed decide to end our lives in this country, so why should the decision to do this ,be taken away from his family.
