I havent heard of many companies paying hourly staff but bravo.

Lets not over herald their magnanimity & humanity just yet. It might have a lot to do with not having access to stock replenishment? Most stores are sold out as firms ramp up home working requirements, and supply chains from far east are far from running smoothly right now.
