A SECOND prankster has been filmed licking ice cream and sticking his finger in the tub before putting it back in a sick copycat vid.

Despite this, cops have charged him with unlawful posting of criminal activity for notoriety and publicity, and tampering with property.“We discourage anyone from copying this atrocious act,” said a spokesman for the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office. Cops have also identified the young woman from the original video – but her name will not be released publicly because she's a minor.
