Activists against new government oil and gas projects target sites in Warwickshire and Essex.

Activists climbed on to the top of oil tankers at a fuel terminal in Grays, EssexEssex Police said 28 were detained at the Navigator depot in Thurrock and the Grays oil terminal.People in orange hi-vis jackets were seen on top of oil tankers, holding "Just Stop Oil" signs, a group affiliated with Extinction Rebellion.

"While we will always recognise and respect the public's right to peaceful protest we will take action against anyone who breaks the law or causes significant impact on the community."

Driver should put his foot down and then see how strong the glue is, alternatively go under a low bridge that will remove the idiots

Now perhaps you might do the same with those Extinction Rebellion activists.

Ever mind the arrests just lock them up for 12 months bunch of useless individuals

How many have been arrested for the same offence, should be in court quick, given a suspended sentence and if they break the terms, lock them up for a year or two.

How do the protesters get to their points of protest?
