Brexit party candidate Ann Widdecombe has said that if Britain opted for a no-deal Brexit then it would be nothing compared to the sacrifices made during World War 2.

Widdecombe, who has already drawn derision for joining, told the show that although no-deal would pose some problems it would pale in comparison to the experiences that an entire generation went through between 1939 and 1945.

No one knows what post brexit will look like; that is precisely the point. Leaving the eu will not signal the end of the UK that is for sure. The economy fails to serve the masses but only the few that keep getting richer, why would those voting brexit want to protect it?

Brexit won’t be as bad as The Walking Dead either, but that isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement!
